First Steps
First check your breaker box or fuse box to make sure the outage isn't due to a tripped breaker. Then try to determine the extent of the outage. Call your neighbors and see if their power is out too. If the power outage is due to a problem outside your home, report the outage online or call the Tri-County EMC office at 1.866.254.8100 or 478.986.8100. When you call please have the following information ready:

Home phone
Cause of power outage (if you know it)
