The payment kiosk located in the Gray Office drive-thru is out of order until further notice. Additional kiosks within the Tri-County EMC service territory can be found at www.tri-countyemc.com/contact-us.cms#payment. Members can also make payments at any area Dollar General (generate a payment QR Code on our website).
Online payments can be made via the customer portal, accessed at billing.tri-countyemc.com/onlineportal, or the myTCEMC mobile app. Members who do not already have a login for the portal can easily create an account.
