Our Automated Voice Response, or IVR, system will be down on Thursday, September 7 from 8:30 AM until 12:00 Noon. Our Customer Service Representatives will be available during this time, but callers may experience a longer wait time than normal.

If you need to make a payment during this time, we encourage you to pay via our website or myTCEMC mobile app, or call back on Thursday afternoon.

Should a power outage occur, you will be able to report your outage via phone, website or myTCEMC app. The outage texting system will not be available during this time.
