Communication is important. We want you to contact us when you have a power outage. And we want to contact you if there is an issue with your account, important storm information or survey opportunities. In an effort to obtain updated contact information, we are giving away $500 to a member that has updated phone number(s) and an email address on their Tri-County EMC account.  

All members that have an email address on their account by April 1 will be entered to win. The winner will be notified via email and will have 3 days to claim their prize.

And we promise that we will not bother you with daily emails about new products, or robocalls regarding your car warranty. But we will contact you about the important things, like: 
•  A monthly e-newsletter
•  A phone call if you are pending disconnection 
•  Important storm and power outage information
•  Survey requests for your input (no more than once per year)
•  Account Alerts if you choose to enroll

To update your information, log in to the Customer Portal by clicking here. From there, click on “My Account” and “Account Profile” to update your contact information. You can also update your information on the myTCEMC app or by calling us at 1.866.254.8100.
