As part of Tri-County EMC's service to the community, the cooperative offers four leadership programs each year. These programs help members of the community learn more about cooperatives, while developing a network of peers in the cooperative world.

Youth Tour

A camp that allows students develop leadership skills while learning about the role of cooperatives. More

Career Development Event
Scholarship competition that teaches students about the EMCs expanding role in meeting Georgia's electrical energy needs. More
