Tri-County EMC serves over 21,025 accounts in portions of Baldwin, Bibb, Jasper, Jones, Morgan, Putnam, Twiggs, and Wilkinson Counties. The cooperative's headquarters office is located in Gray, Georgia. The cooperative also operates a district office in Eatonton.
The Georgia Territory Act of 1973 defined the territories of Georgia utilities for residences and commercial or industrial facilities under 900 kW.
