Foundation Grants Spring Quarter Funds

>> The Tri-County EMC Foundation awarded a total of $19,300 through Operation Roundup on March 14. 

Boys and Girls Club of Jones County: $1,000 for sports equipment.

Boy Scouts of America (Central Georgia Council): $1,000 for scholarships to allow boys to attend Summer Camp regardless of cost.

Central Baptist Church: $1,500 to purchase materials to repair an elderly womans dilapidated roof.

Eatonton Fire Department: $500 for fire prevention and safety materials for Pre-K through Sixth graders.

God's Worship Center: $3,000 to help buy an HVAC system for family in need. Their son has Leukemia. 

Habitat for Humanity of Putnam County: $5,000 to clear two lots to build two Habitat homes.

Haddock Community Action Program: $4,000 for materials to repair home including roof, floor, doors, windows and sheet rock.

UGA Cooperative Extension Service - Jones County 4-H: $800 to make character-building camp more affordable for all families so their children can attend.   

UGA Cooperative Extension Service - Putnam County 4-H: $2,500 for materials, supplies and reward trips for District Project Achievement competition. <<
