Operation Roundup Funds Awarded
>> The Tri-County EMC Foundation granted $13,000 through Operation Roundup to the following organizations in December.
Calvary Baptist Church: $2,500 for a single mother of three girls. The mother is unable to work due to a severe kidney condition.
Dames Ferry Elementary School: $5,000 for a mother who developed serious complications from surgery resulting in long-term rehabilitation and care.
Elam Baptist Church: $2,500 to assist a single mother who lost her home and its contents in a fire.
Milledgeville/Baldwin County Habitat for Humanity: $3,000 to help cover the costs of completing a Habitat home for a single mother with two small boys. <<
